How Mevo Builds Your Website in 30 Days
What the 30 days look like.
No mystery, no six-month project. Here is exactly what happens each week, what we do, and the small part that is yours. Most clients spend under three hours on the whole thing.
The timeline

Day 1
The call.
We ask about your business, your customers, and what the site needs to do. By the end of the day you have a written page plan and a fixed quote in your inbox. No hourly rate, no estimate that grows.
Your part: 15 minutes on the phone.

Day 2 to 3
Setup.
We secure your domain (or take over the one you have), set up hosting, SSL, and any business email accounts, and send you a short intake form. The form takes about 10 minutes and is the only homework on the whole project.
Your part: Approve the quote and send the down payment.

Week 1
Homepage design.
We design your homepage first, on a live preview link you can open on your phone. Fonts, colors, layout, and the first draft of your copy. You react to something real, not a wireframe.
Your part: Look at a link and tell us what you think.

Week 2
Every page, every photo.
We build out the rest of the pages, write the copy, and shoot photos and video of your team and your work if photography is part of your package. Your preview link updates as we go.
Your part: Show up for the photo shoot if one is included.

Week 3
Revisions and search setup.
Two full rounds of revisions are included. While you review, we finish the search work: page titles, descriptions, headings, schema, your Google Business Profile link, and a sitemap ready for Google.
Your part: Send your changes. Email is fine.

Week 4
Launch.
We point your domain at the new site, test every page and form, submit your sitemap to Google, and send you launch graphics for social. Most sites go live within 30 days of the first call. Larger builds with photography run 4 to 6 weeks.
Your part: Say the word.

After launch
You are never on your own.
Hours, a new staff member, a new service, a price. Send it to maury@mevostudios.com and it is done, usually within one business day. Hosting, security, and updates stay handled on the Website Care Plan, and the site is yours if you ever leave.

Things people ask about the process.
What if I do not have photos or copy?
Most clients do not. We write the copy from the call and the intake form, and photography is available on every package. You never have to write a word or find a stock photo.
What if I want changes after launch?
Email them. On the Website Care Plan, updates are made within about a business day. Bigger changes like a new page get a quick quote first.
Can it go faster than 30 days?
Sometimes. A small site with your photos ready can launch in two weeks. The pace is usually set by how quickly feedback comes back, not by us.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. Your domain, your content, your site. If you ever leave, we help you move it.
