Advance Turning has machined precision parts for medical and aerospace customers since 1968. Their website needed to earn the trust of engineers and buyers who vet suppliers online before they ever pick up the phone.
The challenge.
Advance Turning competes for contracts with purchasing teams who research every supplier before making contact. The old site did not show the scale of the operation: five facilities, over 120,000 square feet, and millions of parts a year.
The company also hires constantly. The site had to speak to two very different visitors at once: a sourcing engineer looking for a machining partner, and a machinist looking for a career.
What we built.
Story-first homepage
The company history, from a basement in 1968 to a $50 million manufacturer, sits right on the homepage. It is the single most convincing thing about the business, so it leads.
Proof in numbers
Facilities, square footage, years in business, and annual part volume are shown as large stats so a buyer can size up the shop in seconds.
Clear service structure
CNC turning and milling, precision components, high-volume production, medical and aerospace work, and engineering support each get their own plain-language description.
Two paths to contact
