Greater Jackson Habitat for Humanity Website Case Study
One nonprofit, four audiences, one website that serves all of them.
Greater Jackson Habitat for Humanity builds and rehabilitates homes for working families in Jackson County and runs a ReStore that funds the mission. Donors, volunteers, shoppers, and future homeowners all land on the same website, and each one needs a different thing in the first ten seconds.

The challenge.
Habitat is really four organizations in one. A donor wants to give in two clicks. A volunteer wants to know where to show up. A ReStore shopper wants hours and what is on the floor this week. A family wants to know if they qualify for homeownership. The old site made everyone hunt.
On top of that, the affiliate launched a capital campaign to build 20 homes by 2028. The campaign needed its own home on the site, with a clear ask, without burying the everyday work of the organization.
What we built.
Four doors on the homepage
Donate, Volunteer, Shop, and Homeownership each get a clear path from the first screen, so every visitor finds their next step without a menu.
Donations that do not leak
Giving is handled on the site with one clean form and no detours to a third-party page that looks like someone else's website.
The ReStore, front and center
Hours, location, and a direct line to the store's social accounts, so the retail side of the mission gets the traffic it earns.
A campaign page built to be shared
Help Build 20 Homes has its own page with the goal, the why, and the ask, ready to send to a foundation, a business, or a Sunday congregation.
Newsletter and events
Signup and the annual Casino Night and other events live on the site, so the organization owns its audience instead of renting it from social media.
Photography and video
Mevo shot build days, the ReStore floor, and the people doing the work, so the site shows real Jackson families and volunteers instead of stock imagery.
The result.
Jackson Habitat now has one website that works for donors, volunteers, shoppers, and families at the same time, with the capital campaign given the room it needs. Mevo continues to maintain the site as the campaign and the ReStore grow.
