A school with a 58-year legacy and a website that has to work for parents, students, and alumni every single day.
Lumen Christi has educated Jackson County students since 1968 and holds one of the strongest athletic records in the state. The website is where prospective families decide whether to tour, where current families find the lunch menu and bus routes, and where alumni come to give back. It had to do all three without feeling like a bulletin board.
The challenge.
A school website is used every day by people who already know the school, and once by people deciding whether to join it. The daily users need calendars, forms, portals, and menus within a click. The prospective family needs the story, the tuition picture, and a way to schedule a tour. Most school sites serve one group and frustrate the other.
Enrollment also runs on a calendar. The site has to make a clear push during the enrollment window, explain the tuition assistance and scholarship options plainly, and still be useful the rest of the year.
What we built.
Enrollment as the front door
Apply, schedule a tour, and the family portal sit at the top for prospective families, with the enrollment date and the New Family Grant explained in plain language.
Tuition without the mystery
Every assistance option, from the Jackson Catholic Schools tuition assistance and T.R.I.P. to the diocesan scholarships, on one page so families can see what is possible before they call.

Lumen Christi has a website that handles the daily traffic of a 7 to 12 school and still makes the case to a new family in one visit. Mevo manages ongoing updates as enrollment dates, staff, and schedules change through the year.
